Ana María Trigo has been managing Tasartia since 2010. She is an art and antique appraiser and judicial expert with more than ten years of experience in the art market, holding various positions in art galleries and auction houses.
In 2010 she began working for the German auction house Auctionata, first as a specialist in Spanish painting and later as director of her office in Madrid leading the departments of high period, antiques, oriental art and contemporary art. He has published the books “How to invest in art successfully” (Ed. Copyright 2012), “Peggy Guggenheim, the daring collector (Ed. Licenus, 2011)” and “Art and Museums on the Internet” (Ed. Copyright, 2010).
As a generalist specialist, Ana María, has extensive knowledge of art history, history, philosophy and international markets, as well as the legislation in force in Spain and in the EU regarding the sale and transport of works of art. He speaks English, Italian, German and Portuguese and has notions of Mandarin Chinese. He is currently finishing his studies in Law and is working on the publication of his next book.
